Tennessee Pass Glowing Bridge

I have tried to identify this bridge in the World Editor but when I select it, there is no name shown.
I would like to edit it in RW Tools so it will no longer "glow".
This is a photo taken at 06:00.

I've had this problem on all the Scalerail bridges in my route, so I replaced them.
