AI Train Operations (Trains wont leave at scheduled time)

Unread postby NJTransit4Lyfe » Thu May 03, 2012 5:19 pm

This had happened to me today while I was making my Acela Express 2126 scenario on the Northeast Corridor. When I was setting up the timetable, I saw the times for arrivals and departures from stations had a +1 after each one of them. Said +1 is making it so that the train doesn't leave Philadelphia at all. The time I have set for my scenario to begin is 20:29:00.

The scenario's start time (as you said, 20:29) is one hour ahead the SEPTA start time (19:23). As is, the consist will hold almost 23:00 hours long before start to move! *!!wink!!* Which start time is wrong? of the scenario or of the train(s)?

The train's start time is wrong. See what I'm trying to do is get the train moving before I depart Philadelphia.

Timetable holds only time (not date and time). If scenario starts 20:29 it will last almost 23 hours until clock shows 19:23. You can't "start" any train before scenario starts.

To get the AI trains to start before the player train is you make the first stop of the player train timetabled and set the time of the stop to how much time you want the ai trains to start before the player train
