SD40-2 missing throttle and dynamic brake handle textures

It hadn't bothered me much before since I wasn't using the SD40-2 all that much, but does anyone know if there's a fix for the missing throttle and dynamic brake position indicators for the default SD40-2?

I had looked into this a while ago (it bothered me too) and found that apparently the throttle and dynamic lever models arent mapped to a useable texture - so unfortunately there's no way to add the position indicating numbers.
