Cannot Load Scenario

This is the error I am getting every time I try to load a route. I have only played 1 Route and this is rather frustrating to constantly be having this happening after such a tease, I do not under stand wth is going on. I have tried to "Verify Game Cache" and defrag and uninstall/re-install, nothing has worked, and this has further irritated(the nicest word i can think of for what i am feeling atm) me to the fullest extent and i am ready to throw this game at a Wal-Mart CSR .

I have seen other posts, but non that are related to this topic. When it does some up after the "loading Route" screen, everything is pixelated. Its not the graphics card, and minus the cleaning of the graphics sard for overheating purposes, thats a void due to the fact that i have opened the side of the tower and had an A/C vent directly on the card, no shorts or any of the sort due to condensation, As i said, i am very frustrated and starting to feel i have wasted good money i could have spent in other ways to enjoy a "gaming experience".

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated and plenty thanks in advanced!

Are you trying to load a default scenario that came with the game or one you downloaded and installed?

Default, Free Roam, anything that has come with the game itself. I haven't even gotten that far to even consider wasting anymore money at this moment on this game due ti the circumstances. I have mailed both support for steam, whom keeps referring me back to support from railsimulator.com, whom either i cannot get a response out of, or they just refer me back to steam, I know the issue is not steam because i can play CS:S no problems. I believe this could be the absolute worst case scenario of garbage called customer service when it comes to railsimulator.com. I have no issues with steam for their constant collaboration and attempts to help resolve the issues, but as it isnt a valve game, there is not much they can do, I understand that.

Any ideas? I'm open to try anything at this point, but you would have to walk me through it in english, not tech talk, lol. I'm a gear head more than a computer guru.

For what route and scenario is it that you're having problems with?
Or is it with all routes and scenarios? Do you get a specific error message?

Did you also try the "Clear Cache"? From the RailWorks3/TS2012 launcher, before clicking on the "Start", first go to the Tools & Docs tab, then click on the "Clear Cache" button there.

It's possible it could also be a driver problem. Did you reinstall or update to most current graphics and sound drivers? Windows up-to-date?
Close any unnecessary programs before running RailWorks as perhaps something could be conflicting.

Also, have Steam and the RailWorks executables set to run with Admin level privileges and allow them in your Firewall settings.

What's your computer's specs and Windows version?

I figured it out, I had to reinstall from the disk, not steam, THEN verify the cache on steam, followed by deleting the cache on the RailSim launcher.

Appreciate the help, guys/gals.
