Ohio Steel - Scenario 4

I tried to run scenario 04 (Dover Yard to Uhrichville) several times now, and when I get in the cab and try to release brakes and throttle up, nothing happens. When I try to leave the scenario, SBBH. It has done it exactly the same four times. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it? I've looked around for a thread on it and haven't seen one.
