That could be a problem WOW!
I did fix it on mine though and it is a real easy fix, but may have to keep doing it after every TS2012 update till GTRAX fixes it and updates it on steam.
All you have to do is go into the world editor while you are at that switch, (make sure there is no train on it).
Then on the left hand side make sure you are on the Track icon, (Looks like tracks, for laying tracks and all) choose the gradient tool then move the curser to the red triangles at the break(there are 2 very close to each other)and when you get the square thingy with the arrow facing up (the thing you adjust the gradient with)click it on to the red arrows and that will lock them together and presto it is fixed just click away from the track and save
It is easier then it sounds just not good at explaining it
