Your IP address may have recently, or in the past, been flagged as a source for spam or other malicious type of activity.
This is not saying you're responsible for this type of activity. Most times it's because a spammer has spoofed your IP address so they're activity can't be traced back to them.

Do a Google search on your IP address and look for results like stopforumspam, projecthoneypot, botscout, reputationauthority, etc. If anything like that comes up, that's probably the reason.

If you don't know what your IP address is, you can find out at What is My IP

Try restarting your router. Most ISP use dynamic IP addresses (you have to pay extra for a fixed IP where I'm at) so restarting the router *should* give you a new IP. Run CCleaner http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER to clear out all the tracking cookies.
