I was in the same position as you.
What I had to do with my 7 RW installs is to move all my separate Asset/Content folders from my other installs into the main folder (suitably renamed) and then by renaming folders as required to the strraight Assets , Content I can start RW and play whichever set I want. This allows me to play the separate SOO line and Other US routes install fine.
As you say we no longer seem able to run multiple RW installs.
So far loaded SOO line and started a scenario as a test but not had a run yet.
Samwolf wrote:So I do the following, correct?
1. Rename the Asset amd Content folders from my Soo line install to "SOO Asset" and "SOO Content".
2. Copy them into my into my Main railworks folder.
3. When I want to load the Soo line route, rename my Asset and Content folders to "Main Asset" and Main Content" and the "SOO Asset" and "SOO Content" to "Asset" and "Content".
4. When I want to load any of the main railworks routes, then rename my Asset and Content folders to "SOO Asset" and "SOO Content" and the "Main Asset" and Main Content" to "Asset" and "Content".
I'll give it a try and see if it gets by the Duplicate Dialog ID error.
Thanks.

Exactly that - works with 7 versions for me.
Unfortunately the SOO line crashes with a SBHH a couple of mile up the track. Trying it with much lower settings later. But yes that wotks fine for me for multiple route and asset sets.
