New EMD F7 Problem

Posted: Sun Sep 25, 2011 5:00 pmDoesn't matter what locomotive model it is, ALCo, GE, Baldwin, etc. Fact is whatever was the most reliable accurate speed recorder would be used. Since GM never made any (that I know of). GE's would be used. Remember GE isn't just a locomotive maker...
