Im having strange polygon shapes appearing on my screen while trying to play the game. These shapes obscure my view and changes irradically as I move the camera angle. Anyone know what may be causing this?
Ive included this screenshot of the
phenomenon. I am running my resolution at 1280x768, 8x antialiasing. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 graphics card that has up to date drivers.

Have you tried moving your place where you are looking from? I think there may be a bridge or signal or some other object between you and the train.

Oh no, its clear. I'm sure its a display issue. I'm pretty pc savvy, I just don't know which aspect of the display is the cause. I have all the video settings in the game maxed out. I would like to think my pc (an Alienware) is capable of producing the graphics required, I'm thinking maybe its a game compatibility issue. Thought I'd throw it on here for someone who may know better than me.
Even if there was an obstacle in the view area, it shouldn't look so distorted...notice in the screenshot the locos are protruding through that "wall" of nothing. I know this through past display issues with other games. I wonder where I could go to investigate Railworks 2 video card compatibility and such?

ZD, try rolling back to an older video driver. I ran the 190.22 Nvidia drivers when I had my GTX260. The "latest and greatest" aren't always the best for an older card. Use Driver Sweeper http://download.cnet.com/Driver-Sweeper ... 19868.html after you use the Windows uninstaller. Pic you posted is either a driver problem, or the card is dying. I hope it's just a driver issue.

Also, do you run the EVGA Precision Tool to control fan speed, and monitor card temps? http://majorgeeks.com/EVGA_Precision_d6209.html I run my card at about 80% fan speed, at 99% card usage (I run Folding @ Home) my card gets to about 60c.

Did you possibly minimize the game by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard (this is the one that automatically brings up your start menu) and then go back in? If I do that I get all kinds of crazy anomalies popping up.
