My portland terminal route did not open when i opened it this morning,when it loades it freezed.has anybody had this issue and any idea how to solve it.

Did you try things such as "Verify integrity of game cache" to check if the installation is okay, along with the "Clear Cache"?

Do what Don suggested. Clear blueprint cache and verify game files. Worked just fine for me earlier running Don's Big Boy scenario. It does take a while to load. Give it at least a few minutes, depends a lot on your system.
