BN SD45 Repaint no horn or bell

Hello all,
I purchased the DTM UP SD45 yesterday (on sale) and then downloaded BN SD45 Repaint (I believe UTS) everything works except horn and bell (RS3K was supposedly included in repaint) my problem is the .wav was not in asset folder is it a separate download? Or I may have goofed up somewhere on install I'm new to TSC but this is hum dinger for me , thanks for any advice

Do you have all the dependencies? Have you enabled them in the editor? Hard to tell without viewing the download file and the readme file. If you could provide the link it would be helpful.
A little research brought me this Burlington Northern SD 45 1.1.7z. If this is the pack, you will need to have the author's SD45 previous enhancements that are not in in this download as well as the other 3 dependencies. If you are missing any of these it may not work.
