Livonia Sub Missing stock

I purchased the Livonia Division: Monroe Sub sub today and I don't see any standard scenarios and only QD is missing stock. Missing a Saddle Tank 0-4-0-ST and some flats and a caboose. Is there a prerequisite to owning this addon?

I have seven career scenarios, two QD named QD Northbound and Southbound and a couple of Free Roams that I probably added myself. I didn't check all seven scenarios but checked three and they all loaded OK with no issues.
Route content .ap is 3.98 GB
Asset file .ap is 2.51 GB It is in SHG folder.
