Cab texture problem

I have one problem. I want improve one cab texture. On picture 1 is the original wiev. I want remove roller blind on the window because it obstacle forward view. But when i do it remain remains as seen in picture 2 marked with green colour. Is possible to fix it so that no more of this marked roller blind? Someone ready to help? I can send BMP, dds and TgPcDx file this textures if anyone is willing to help. Many thanks.

Ok now can see this two pictures. I have no idea how to fix this texture. This is Slovenian emd g26hcw-2 locomotive ( Class 664 nicknamed Reagan named after president Reagan, built 1984/1985 20 pieces )

I think you can only fix that when the rollerblades are included in the windows texture. Then you could paint this part in the same way like the rest of the window. Don't forget to darken the alpha-channel !

Where can you purchase this model ?
