Locomotive Controls prompts blocking flyout box.

Hello. I can't use the flyout box in the scenario editor because the flyout box appears but I can't click anything on because the prompt box appears on top of it. It happens on most of the newer routes.I can't make a screenshot in the scenario editor.

Just click on the X in the top right hand corner and it should go away.

Hey Buzz. Thats the first thing I tried. What is happening is that the engine control prompts in that screenshot. They appear in the scenario editor also 80 to 90% of the time. The flyout box appears when I click it but the prompts prevent me from using it. In other words they wont go away.
