So with the recent sale, i bought the TS classic US bundle, (gave the base game and a handful of routes, the game i already had but i hoped that 'upgrading' to TS classic, i'd get the included routes) I got everything in the bundle however none of the routes that come with TS classic, Bahnstrecke Leipzig - Dresden, WCML South: London - Birmingham New Streetm, and Tehachapi Pass: Mojave - Bakersfield. i read on steam comments that if you bought a bundle, you'll need to buy the base game separately to get those 3 routes. I tried, but it wont let as i already have TS Classic. ive tried verifying and a whole new install. nothing. any help/ideas?

So none of these show up in your dlc?

None of the routes for Classic no, the routes included with the US bundle do (i dont remeber them all but I did take a spin on Washington DC to Baltimore)

When you get the warning that you already own the game (you do) and you will not get another copy, continue on with the purchase to get the bundled routes. Did you do this or end the purchase at this point?

I tried this and it wouldnt let me go through with it.
i also tried having someone gift it to me and they were unable to select me as a reciever.

That bundle is no longer on Steam but as the name suggests you would only get US routes.

well it's been 4 days since i've made the ticket as of this post, and nothing yet.
the US edition did include route(s) outside of the US as well.

Frankfurt - Koblenz
Birmingham Cross City

are the two non US that were included

Why would they be included with a US route bundle?

The thing seems to be that TSC regional bundles (as the US bundle you bought) haven't been updated when TSC bundle was released so they keep including the TS2022 bundled routes. Last time I checked, the regional bundles were removed from the store so there is no way to corroborate this ATM.
I noticed this when previously, on the summer sale, I had tried to purchase one of this bundles and ran into this.
Hope DTG can give you a solution.

ive sent them my receipt and my app manifest,

ive noticed that now they are advertising the USA Deluxe edition, (TS Classic and LIRR)

That just includes the new Long Island Route. So you get TS Classic and the Long Island route at a special price.

Yeah, the original i bought had a similar offering (TS classic and previously mentioned routes) i just find it...ironic?
