Custom scenario failing, despite all objectives being completed.

I'm working on a custom scenario for the workshop Cajon Pass Modernized route (the same scenario I was having trouble with in a previous post). I was running some tests to make sure the timing is right some for some trains, and noticed that the game would consider the scenario failed after making my final stop. The debriefing at the end says that the reason I failed is because I supposedly missed a passenger stop somewhere along the way (I know for a fact that I didn't, the F1 task list shows that I completed all my required stops). I've uploaded the scenario in it's current state on the workshop with the title "TEST SCENARIO PLEASE IGNORE" (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... ase+ignore) so we can hopefully troubleshoot the issue.

When testing your scenarios, its a good idea to bring up the HUD menu with the task list to ensure the game is acknowledging each task completed. I have noticed that sometimes when you have a scenario with a lot of tasks, the game may not acknowledge one or some of them. A workaround/bandage may be to replace some of your 'go via' instructions with waypoints if possible to reduce the task list.
