Raildriver macroworks problem

I am having the following problem when trying to load Macroworks for raildriver. unable to load dll 'raildriver.dll': the specified module could not be found. (exception from hresult: 0x8007007e)
I have tried to follow the guidance on viewtopic.php?f=29&t=15118, but have been unable to locate the Script_210 file to edit the TS location.
Any idea what I can do to resolve this?
