Buzz is right; it's a texture issue. I'm just guessing here; but I think when you copied the folders from the DTM\SD45-UP\UP folder and dumped them into my repaint's folder structure and selected "do not overwrite existing files"; that your particular system may not be set-up in such a way that allows sub-folders to merge (again, just a hunch). The reason I suspect this is because obviously the Engines Folder's file transfer was successful or the locomotive would not appear at all; but the absence of the ground-shadow texture (Grondshadow.TgPcDx) and a few other little details, lead me to believe that the Texture Folder's contents (within the Engine Folder) did not successfully transfer; so only the textures that I modified and included with my pack are being displayed. If this is the case, and to avoid any further tampering with your operating system; I suggest drilling down to the UP\Engine\Texture folder and manually copying the texture folder's contents into my repaint's corresponding texture folder, and selecting "do not to overwrite/replace" when prompted. You can refer to the screens I posted to see what should be in the folders; files are sorted by date, so you can also see which files I modified for the repaint, just to ensure they don't get overwritten. I only modified files in the Engine folder, so those other folders should be of no concern with the problem you are describing; they're just required to make everything work as designed by the developer.
Btw; the installation for this pack may be a bit different to what most old-timers are used to. Before bandwidth became an issue in the RWA Library, repainters (including me) had a tendency to include just about every file for the installation (except the Geo-files), just to make it easier for end-users to install; just transfer the Geo-files into the repaint's folders, and good-to-go. Of course this resulted in some un-necessarily large downloads. So the method I used this time; was to include only the files I modified, and allow the end-user to provide the rest from their corresponding DLC content. Less bandwidth overhead for RWA, less download time for the end-user, and less storage space required for all concerned; everybody wins. But... as with all things that seem like a good idea, there will likely be some glitches, and this appears to be one of them. Hopefully we can figure out the cause for those missing textures. I'm betting it's OS settings related; I'm still with W10, which OS are you using?
