Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Obviously, a missing texture. I downloaded this from the library.

requires:the RWA RS-1, either as furnished with the Riverside, Waterton & Atlantic route, or purchased as a standalone product.

Do you have one or the other of these?

EDITED: I just went and looked. You need the clean SOO one or you need to change the numbers bin file to the weathered version.

Yes I got RWA...I will download the clean version!
