i was wondering does anyone know how i can fix the control bugs on some dlc?

Not without some specific information about what you are having a problem with.

windshield wiper knobs on Tehachapi Pass ac4400cw both simple and expert controls.

I'm glad that your only issue is with the wiper knobs. Have you found a solution to the BNSF ES44 not having any brakes?

The BNSF ES44 does have brakes you just have to learn how to use them.

Please enlighten me if you would. When I apply the brakes they automatically release themselves after a second or so. This only happens on the Tehachapi BNSF ES44 and not others. If it is down to my abject stupidity, then that is a easy fix when I have been taught!

Well, it seems like the dodgy brakes on the BNSF ES44 is now a moot point for me: The loco no longer responds to any motive power inputs - the controls move, both in cab and on the F4 HUD, but the revs and amps do not respond, neither does the brake. The horn, bell, lights and wipers do however respond.
I have tried unticking the DLC from steam, deleting the Tehachapi folder and then re-ticking the DLC in steam to install it.

Since the TS2022 update I have played some other scenarios and they work. However, I've not sampled the majority of the routes I have (UK, Germany, USA)
