When there is no sound in the game then you should run SetupAudio.bat in the Railworks\ folder, which is there:
Steam\SteamApps\Common\Railworks\ and "Steam" is installed to c:\Program Files\ or c:\Program Files (x86)\ by default.

What is confusing me here: You said you would have sound for freight only. That is nearby impossible. Did you run consists with locos from different packages ?

Running Adriana County sound only coming from external view over cars. I did run sound .bat for both 32 and 64 bit. Still nothing from locos and passenger views.

Try this, clear cache, Close TS, reboot your computer and retest.

Have you verified your game files yet?

How about a complete reinstall of Adriana County as the sound issue is only for one route, Possibly a corrupted sound file from some change you have made to the route. You might try a reinstall over what you have or best is to delete the route folder and do a clean install. I have had corruptions in the past from no apparent reason and had to resort to one of these methods. If you have a complete backup (always a good idea, this makes trouble shooting easier) of Railworks you can run it from the copy and see if you have issues. I(f you don't, you can always replace the the original file with the backup copy.
