Trying to create a package brings up this error message:



which seems to be related to the zipper dll and some language setting perhaps?
I am on Windows 10 with multi language support and several foreign languages installed, including Russian.

Looks like a bug in the packager utility. You should submit this to DTG support.
Language problems are the bane of programmers everywhere.

Meanwhile, you can use plain ol' 7zip for your packaging.
I know, it's a little less user-friendly.
