Assistance with Ian's wide cab Dash 8

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction with Ian's wide cab Dash 8. I simply cannot get the horn and bell to work on the reconstructed CR unit and horsehead NS unit, but the non horsehead unit works fine. Tried doing a clean
re-install with all the updated files he posted on his site, but no luck. Was going to DM Ian, but noticed he hasn't been on for a while now, I did send him an email a couple days ago, but no answer, must be busy. I saw there was issue back when Ian first released it and it seems some got it to work, but I got nothing out of it. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.
