Cloned Routes Not Showing Up In TS-Tools

I recentley made a few route clones using TS-Tools. However, they are not showing up in the TS-Tools route menu.How do i get them to show up?

After cloning did you run the "index Route Properties" again? you need to do this anytime you add a route to Train Simulator
