Isolated Switch??

Unread postby cnbalasub » Mon Feb 01, 2021 2:23 pm

Good day to everyone here in the forum,

I have a question and that is my first time for a long time with Train Simulator. I was running the route of Canadian Mountain Pass and the scenario is payware from Train and Drivers. The eastbound train is running downhill on this route. After saving the scenario last night and resume this morning I was surprised to see the little boxes on the right hand of this route all the way from top to bottom.

The message in the box said below:

Isolation Switch

ISOLATED
------------------------

Any idea about this and I did try to close the x on the top right corner of the message box. It doesn't go away and stay on the right hand.

Let me know about this.

Cheers,

John

If you "resumed" the scenario with the train running and in motion, most likely it's the script that didn't load properly for the locomotive. The I solation switch is usually the "i" button. pressing that should change it to "run". When saving scenarios that have equipment with advanced scripting I usually always stop the train and center the reverser before saving. It will give the script a chance to load correctly.
