Unsubscribe Workshop Scenario from Steam??

I do have a question for anyone who know more than me about unsubscribe the workshop scenario in Workshop with Train Simulator 2021 list. After ran one of the scenario or have a problem with scenario I did unsubscribed them here. I thought that I did this properly but it's not and still show in Standard list of Train Simulator 2021 after launch the program. So I did deleted them in TS-Tools to make sure it's gone but my question is that why is the same scenario that I unsubscribe still show in Standard list under Routes in Train Simulator 2021. That's my question about this. I was expected to see this scenario is long gone after unsubscribe in Workshop page here in Steam. It sure does waste my time to do this with first unsubscribe the workshop scenario but still show in Standard under Routes in Train Simulator 2021. Then I have to delete the same workshop scenario in TS-Tools. Too much work to do this. So who is the problem with this Steam or the author of the workshop scenario or Train Simulator 2021? Sorry for my complaint but I don't want to do this every time after done with workshop scenario in Train Simulator 2021.

When you next start Steam the Workshop will update and THEN remove it from your routes. Very few things happen instantly (or often, even when you want them to!!)

It used to be way back in the early TS days that if you ran a particular WS scenario - once you had run it - even unsubscribing it via steam - it would still remain on your PC. I guess it was seen as "different" from the WS database.
Not sure if that still holds today. But there is a glitch somewhere as you have pointed out.
I always check this folder to make sure any unsubscribed ones have gone: \STEAM\steamapps\workshop\content\24010 - I delete any that I know that I have unsubscribed from - tedious I know but necessary.
