Is anyine facing this issue?

Unread postby aksingha » Sun Nov 01, 2020 9:07 am

Today when I opened the game and proceeded with my custom route I noticed some assets/objects like trees and buildings were missing in some areas. I wondered what could cause such an issue when that same object was visible in another area of the same route. So I went ahead to place the missing assets in the world editor and to my surprise when my mouse cursor went over to those areas where the assets used to be, they became visible. AHA! they are there, I thought and then I moved the mouse cursor away and they disappeared again. So I removed the object and placed a new one in the same area and that did not help. **!!bang!!**

I did some research and found the same issue reported in another forum (trainsim forum) but unfortunately no solution to be found. I assumed it could be due to some issues with my game and did a fresh install and that still didn't fix it. Maybe this is an issue with my custom objects and so I tested with another default route and they had the same issue. I tried searching for an answer but failed to do so.
Has anyone here encountered such issues and found a fix? Please provide some suggestions or ideas. This is really bugging me. !*hp*!

Make sure your scenery density in settings is turned all the way up. If that doesn't help, then make sure that the little slider in the bottom left panel of the route editor is turned all the way to 10.

I don't even remember changing the density setting and that was the cause. LOL.. !*roll-laugh*! Such a small issue and I had to uninstall my game over it. Thank you for pointing that out
