can't load scenario

What is the issue when I try to load a certain scenario, I hear a "ding" sound and Railworks locks up. I know I do not have all the assets but when a typical scenario loads, a chart appears that tells me what assets are missing. And then I use RW Tools to replace the assets. But in this particular case, it never gets to that screen. I just hear a sound and the entire program locks up. Any ideas?

Generally that ding sound indicates a something bad has happened.
Does your desktop show a something bad has happened message?

If you have RWTools why not check in advance what items you are missing? Makes the whole thing easier and SBHH is unlikely to happen then
