So I installed the updated Pennsy E6s Atlantic from Digital Railroading. I have this weird bouncing background image when I place the locomotive on the tracks. This happens with both Default and Weathered options. I had this problem with the first release and was able to correct it but I can't remember how I did it. Attached is a screen shot of the anomaly.

Try enabling the PRR K4 DLC and see if that fixes it, I remember that being a thing with the initial release of the E6s

You have to read what is placed in front of your nose, otherwise you will have problems, which we will no longer support. 55% of the complaints with both the J3a and the E6s are because people don't read the text placed in the descriptions. Sorry for the bluntness but it is getting old. The J3a doesn't use the characters from the K4Pack01.

Yes, I figured it out. I didn't have the K4Pack01 enabled like I thought I did for this route to test the E6s on. That was my fault. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
