G-Trax Maine Maritime issue

I downloaded and installed the G-Trax Maine Maritime route, however, there seems to be some ground scenery missing. I see a lot of yellow and black patterns on the ground in the scenarios. I installed the patch, but that didn't seem to help. This seems like a great route that I would love to experience. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing this issue? I have a somewhat similar issue with the Apple Valley route. However, the Montana Rail Link route works just fine. Thanks for any help.
