This has never happened before, but after I have added those sounds to HSC, I get the dreaded out of memory error.

That is a bummer, since the stock sounds are awful.

What is odd is that this just recently happened. I wonder if DTG added some update that broke things.

No recent updates. You're having some other issues. I've had Krellnut sounds on there forever. I'm traveling right now. Maybe somebody else has this going and can send you their files. If not when we come in for a landing at the Summer abode I will do that for you.

I found the problem. There was a file that was supposed to add sound to H2A hopper that looks like it was written wrong, and when I put the original file back, I stopped getting the oom.

I'm late to the fair, but wanted to acknowledge that there was indeed a problem with Krellnut's H21a hopper file, and that as CASO pointed out, substituting the original RSC file for Krellnut's solved the problem. Except that the H21a still didn't have sounds; Krellnut's intention was correct: the hopper needed some sound!
So I simply added a set of sound lines that I copied out of the boxcar file and voila - the H21a's now had Krellnut's sound.
