Comet V cab car issue

With the Comet V cab car for the GP40PH-2B it under electric when I make a custom consist and the diesel version for the ALP45DP and the NJT comet v just called that in the editor also I have wheel slip when I brake . I have no idea how to fix this. Is this fixable. NOTE I have fanrailers psychics mod
