Problem with the Surfliner route.

So I am in the process of adding electrification to the Surfliner route while doing this I noticed that there were 2 signal gantries missing near union station where the tracks curve towards the LA River. I tried adding the gantries myself but for some reason, they keep disappearing when I load the route. does anyone know what might be wrong and how I can get the gantries to show up?

Also, is there a way to get the overhead wires that display when I add electrification via the track properties to be lower? I remember trying before to find the file for the catenary before and trying to change the height but didn't seem to work. If not can I remove them completely and just use the wires that show up when using the gantry tool
