2D Map Not Appearing?

Don't know about the map, but with your terrain you probably don't have the DEM data in your folder. Or you are using the wrong coordinates, remember the blueprint editor has the input for longitude and latitude the other way round. The DEM files need to be in ..\Railworks\DEM\SRTM\ in hgt format.
