When trying to build career scenarios for my own route I keep running into the "tracks.bin" error. I have gone through checking the integrity of my files until i am blue. It seems that this happens after making revisions. What am I doing wrong?

You're doing nothing wrong. It is a common issue when creating career scenarios. When it occurs, go into the scenario editor and make one change (such as simply flipping the direction of a car on a siding or the like) and then save. You'll then be ready to proceed without issue.
