For the nec there are many missing bridges, signal bridges, and buildings

for ohio steel there are afew floating signals

and for woodhead there are missing centenaries

how do i fix this?

Are they actually missing, or do you have your graphics setting turned down?

I don't see the milk bottles so I guess the graphics settings are turned down, ill change it and see if that works
