SP&S 700 Bell Won't Change (SOLVED)

Back when I was still new to Railworks, I made a whistle and bell mod for SP&S 700. Recently, I have been going back to my old sound packs and improving them, since now I am much more experienced in audio editing. However, while I can still change the 700's whistle, I can't change the bell. I checked and double-checked that the path was correct, but no audio plays when I turn the bell on. Does anyone have an idea about how to fix this?

Most of the time it's do to one letter is incorrect in the file. If you'd show what the bin file shows I might be able to fix it for you.

I don't see anything wrong in the file, but if you would like to beta test the whistle and bell, I could PM them to you.

I finally figured out the problem with the bell. I accidentally saved it as a 32-bit wav file instead of 16-bit wav file.
