Hey guys, I'm having problems downloading the VRC stuff I had just recently got, the GP40-2 megapack, Santa Fe U28CG, and the shorty tanks are not downloading, they are always invalid and i cannot open them, any ideas? Help would be appreciated very much, thanks.

I have a similar problem, save one pack difference. For me, the shorty and Conrail C39-8 downloaded and opened with no problem, but I get a Broken File message that states that a certain CSX pack (01, 02, 04, and 05) has an archive file that cannot be read. I contacted Mr. Conaway (who took time at work to reply, which to me is class all the way) and he sent a different link to the download. After trying that link and having the same result, I tried to think of what might be an issue. The only thing I could think of was that the size of the file was an issue with my download speed. I wrote back with my thoughts, and he agreed that it may be the issue. He said that he would check to see if the links to the individual packs were available and if not, he would come up with a way to get the files to me. I am also trying to download in a different browser (MS Edge as opposed to Google Chrome). I hope that it works; I will update you on the result.

On a different tack, I ( as well as the rest of us who purchased his products) will miss Mr. Conaway when the day ends and the VRC shop is closed for good. A very talented individual, and one who is concerned with his product working, he took time at his real life job to reply to my email. I know that there are others, both here at RWA and elsewhere, who will do the same. I am not saying that what he did was unique, but a person who takes such concern will be missed. I wish him well on his future endeavors. Where the road may take him I know not, but I wish him a very satisfying and rewarding trip.

I used Firefox and just kept an eye on the download and when it said retry download, I clicked it and it picked up where it left off and got my stuff downloaded. Maybe that will work !*don-know!*

I'm glad that switching browsers worked! In my case, though, no luck. It looks like we'll have to try something else. !**conf**!
