A friend needs help on how to fix this error before he publishes his route onto the workshop. Anyway on how to fix it? He suggests maybe use RW tools to change the track rules or something. Anything?

Their NewYorkNewHaven assets should be in the RSC folder, not the DTG folder.

He was able to fix it but is now unable to publish it. Anything that can be done?
