So when I drive the Chessie U30c I've noticed the engine lags my game 30 Fps is good but when I drops to 20 thats not good. does anyone else have this issue ?

Its a pretty detailed loco, and will tax weaker systems. What detail level are you running your graphics on in game?

It makes my computer lag too, but its not a very high-end machine either. Just as BoostedFridge said, its a very detailed engine.
