I recently downloaded the ES44/SD40 horn sound pack and horns/bell fix from this site. Most of the sounds work fine, except that the SD40 no longer has a bell. I tried putting the default T_SD40_Bell.wav file back in (I made a backup before installing the new sounds), but that didn't work. Any idea how I could fix this?

First thing to try is to verify the game files. Click on the Steam icon and choose Libraries. Right click on Railworks and choose Properties> Local files tab> Verify. Once that's done it may very well overwrite the sound pack you just installed. I always keep a copy of all the third party installs I do just in case Steam puts the game back to stock. Now, when you launch Railworks, on the main Start scree, choose Tools and Docs tab, and clear the blueprint cache.

I just tried both of those things. Still no bell.
