Uninstalling reshade

Uninstalling reshade

I basically got part reshade of it uninstall but I got this text in the corner and I don't know how to get ride of it. Please help. *!!thnx!!*

Did your restart your computer after the uninstall?

Look through your Railworks folder make sure the ReShade file is gone. That's where it is on mine anyway.

Look through your Railworks folder make sure the ReShade file is gone. That's where it is on mine anyway.


That's actually the first thing i did. Probably something else that came with the mod which i can't figure out.

There is a ReShade folder and then there is a ReShade.fx and a ReShade32.dll

There is a ReShade folder and then there is a ReShade.fx and a ReShade32.dll


I have deleted everything involving reshade and i still get the text. I'm just in a lost world right now !*hp*!

Go to the search and type in there ReShade and see what pops up. Delete all.

Looked in and out of files and no ReShade to be found. I might have to uninstall then reinstall the game.

You should search your whole PC. Mine happens to be in the Downloads folder, and on my old PC (which ReShade didn't work) in the Documents directory.

That was what I meant also. I guess just not clear. If it's somewhere else redoing the game won't help.

Delete d3d9.dll and d3d9.log from your Railworks folder.
Make a backup of the dll first, just in case.
