Justin Cornell's GP38-2

I am revisiting a couple of projects I did way back when and wanted to completely finish a test I started by adding some newer options to the original model.
I noticed this time round that the radiator and dynamic fans are not working. ( I have Justin's original zip file )
Did they ever work....? I cannot recall.... ...and if not, was there ever a fix.

I have spent a bit of time on this model,and I noticed it has animation files for the fans,but no animation exists in any of the versions I have seen. Maybe an animation expert can tell us more.

To the best of my knowledge, they have been broken since its release. There have been attempts to get them to function none of them successful. The model is ancient. Let it be.
