Soo Line Assets

I've installed the latest version of the Soo Line including the donation-ware assets, but am missing some rolling stock: SD40 2 FURX; SD40 2 ICE-1; SD40 2 CP-3; Boxcar 50ft hicube grey; Boxcar 50ft hicube FBOX; and USFCO1 Hopper CC. Can anyone tell me the source for these?

I finally got around to crossing the Mississippi and have found that I can't see the swing bridge. Any ideas anyone?

Contacted Ian and found out there is third file to download from the new donation ware. It all works swell now.
