OK I can startup the program of Train Simulator 2017 after login on my desktop but you will see double screen with front and background too. What happen is that few days ago my desktop froze while loading " Reloading Assets " then I forced the desktop to shutdown. Now I see both screens after login. You will see my screenshot of this. I want to remove the background screen with " Reloading Assets". I have sent to DoveTail Games Support and they said that they can't help with this and recommend me to contact Steam Support. I did search them in Steam Support to send an email but don't see any of this. Maybe you can tell me how to fix this problem.

First want to say thank you for the link that you posted. And still doesn't help to solve this problem.

One other thing to try before doing a reinstall of Steam or TSW is to power down your computer, if a desktop, turn the power switch off remove the power cord and push the power button for 5 seconds. Then reconnect the cord, turn the power switch on and restart as normal. If a laptop remove the battery and push the on button. Some one may have more answers. It appears you have a corrupted file in Steam or TSW. This procedure may flush the cache.

Already try this as your suggestion. Still the same as my first message. I am not going to reinstall Train Simulator 2017 and TSW again and have to live with this two screens together to see on the screen after boot up. Unless someone else might have a better answer to help fix this problem. Want to say thank you to you, AmericanSteam for your best effort trying to help with this.

I am sorry it did not work.

You could try this. When you go to your TS2017 library page it uses screenshot pictures you have taken as a background. When you had your issue some how a screenshot got taken and what you have there is that screenshot. The screenshot background picture randomly changes. I think to get rid of it right click on the TS2017 icon on your library page and select screenshots and you should find that picture their, which you can delete.
