CSX Dash9 pack missing number board numbers

I just installed the CSX Dash9 Pack from the library here. Looking at them in the sim, all except for the 2 conrail units, are showing the missing texture boxes on the number boards over the windows, and on the sides of the cabs. The readme is pretty bare bones, and what is written was followed. Anyone know of the fix for this? Thanks in advance.

Custom repaints are not supported meaning even if he had the pack, the missing textures for the numbers would not be caused by the pack.

yes i have all the searchlight products. But I don't think this package of engines is supported by the searchlight set. As stated, two of the files that come in this pack, are conrail locos, and those cabside number boards and lighted number boards all show numbers. The CSX ones from that pack are not showing numbers, only the white square missing texture warning.

Do you know how to look in the bin file. About a quarter of the way down or a little less it says what textures it's looking for.
