Copy and Paste Function No Longer Working

When I go to copy and paste an item (or multiple items) it doesn't actually paste the object. This is incredibly going to slow my route building process. Does anyone else have this problem or is there a way to fix it?

I guess I should have just re-started the game first, before posting on the forum...

I have experienced the same problem, with the same solution - restarting.
Even worse, the other day TS2017 stopped writing to disk when I did F2. I finally resolved that only after completely shutting down my system. In that instance, and now I think probably in the case of the copy and paste failure, it was apparently due to the ridiculous Windows popup asking me if I wanted to turn on Sticky Keys, or Sticky Type, whatever it's called. Windows seemed to have disabled some TS2017 hotkeys after that popup.
I have now disabled that popup.

Okay thanks for the information. I'm glad it was as simple as restarting the game.
