DTXbmp to RSbin tools import problem

Hi guys I'm trying to repaint some GN Empire Builder Pack 1 cars into Phase III Amtrak cars and I'm having a problem importing my repaint from DTXbmp to RSbin tools. The repaint doesn't show in RSbin tools after import and I don't know what causing it. I went back and made sure i did everything right but its no good. Can i get some help? Please? Thanks!

You sure those files aren't read only? Most of the stuff that comes from the death star are that way. You have to go into the texture folder and change them under properties to read/write.

This might be a problem i am having with a patched SD75 i'm trying to run. If this works i thank you as well buzz!
