PennCoal Dash 9 not showing up in World Editor

I just installed the MLWAudio 7FDL-16 sound pack but I'm not able to get the PennCoal Dash 9 to show up and I'm getting the thing where only couplers are showing

I'm confused. First you say you install the '710 soundpack. There are two. One's for the '70MAC and one is for the '70ACe. Those are EMD engines. But you say you have trouble with the PennCoal Dash 9, which is a GE. You're problem isn't manifest to me.

AH! That makes more sense. Did you accidentally delete the geo file? That's one of the most common errors that occur in railworks.

the Geo file is still present for the PennCoal Dash 9
and the locomotive showed up fine before I installed that sound and physics enhancement pack from searchlight simulations

Is your Penn Coal file checked for that "route" and MLWAudio checked? also have you tried to clear cache and restart your PC ?

Did you extract all of the PennCoal assets and disable read only?

Try that. That may be the cause. Disable read only and try installing it again.

I just reinstalled the 7FDL-12 sound and physics enhancement pack and I think that may be causing the Penn Coal C40-9w to not appear when you try to drive the locomotive

It's definitely not the pack.

I had to delete the dash 9 folder from audio in PennCoal and then I copied the one from penncoalassets.ap and then I deleted the dash 9 folder from RailVehicles and then copied the one from penncoalassets.ap and after doing that the locomotive did show up in driver

I'm not sure what's going on. I installed the 7FDL16 pack and everything was ok.
